Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
• Products purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized cricket equipment
• Used or damaged products (by customer)
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Share images of the product (if damaged or defective)
4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
