Refund & Return Policy

Returns

At Batify Sports, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
• Products purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return

Certain items such as customized or used cricket equipment are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the product and packaging
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds

• Once a return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but eligible products may be returned as per this policy.
